Well, Let's start with the basic of Oracle Application Express (APEX). Previously Apex was known as HTMLDB. In simple definition we can say, APEX is a free website development environment based on Oracle Database. With little knowledge of HTML and PLSQL, One can create website very easily.
APEX and Blogger
It sounds very good that one can easily create website using APEX, But why should I use APEX to create a website or even a single web page? Why can't I use Blogger or other easy services where I do not have to learn HTML or PLSQL?
Well, The answer is, By using Blog, You can not create web page in depth. Neither you can generate reports of your data nor you can show dynamic reports on your web page. You can not have authentication. You can send mails from your web page to people and much more... In simple, You can use Blog if you want limited functionality on your web page.
